Photography bookings are for 2 hours, and include 4 Pick Your Own passes. Offering sessions from sunrise to sunset.
Let your clients stroll through the flowers, while picking their favourites. Capturing both portrait and candid photos, your clients will feel at ease in nature. After their session is complete, they can wander our property and fill the remainder of their jar.
Our field expands yearly, providing so many unique options for one of a kind photography.
Choose from our Wildflower rows, Cosmo rows, Dahlia patch, or even our enchanted forest trail.

Sunrise Sessions
2 hours of pure bliss watching the sun rise over our flower field.
Suggested time is 5:30AM-7:00AM, however this is up to you!
Pick your own passes are not included in this price, but can be added on if desired.

Our fields will remain open for drop in pick your own. No private events or gatherings will be permitted in the field during your photography booking slot. Our Sanctuary studio may be utilized.
Additional PYO passes may be added on
We ask that the photographer show proof of liability insurance when booking.
Payment in full is required to book.
Once booked, we will add you to our website as a Sanctuary Photographer. We will advertise to our clients, and link to your website for clients to book through.
Mother nature calls the shots. In the event of adverse weather (rain/storms/delayed blooms) we will work with you and your clients to find an alternate date. If one cant be reached, we will refund you.
The Perk
Once your book your session, you will be added to our “Sanctuary Photographers” page. We love promoting other local businesses, and this is your place to shine.
We’ll direct clients looking to book photos at Sanctuary straight to you, helping you fill your minis and get your work seen.
Pic + Pick Experience at Sanctuary
6-8PM - unless otherwise requested
Our Pic + Pick Experience is designed with photographers in mind—offering exclusive access to the flower fields for beautiful, uninterrupted mini sessions, paired with a meaningful floral takeaway for your clients.
Photographers book a specific date and time and enjoy two full hours in the field, surrounded by seasonal blooms and natural beauty. This experience is ideal for family minis, motherhood sessions, engagements, or branding shoots.

After Booking
Once you’ve checked out, your date and time are officially reserved.

Your photo or logo
3–5 images that represent your photography style (or previous Sanctuary photos if you’re and OG)
A link to your client booking page
(An email address is perfectly fine if you don’t use online booking)
Once everything is received, we’ll add you to our website as a Sanctuary Photographer and help direct interested clients your way.
