Company Policies
Welcome to Sanctuary Flower Fields! We’re so grateful you’re here. Please take a moment to review our company policies before purchasing or attending any of our events.
Fresh Flower Sales
Our flowers are harvested with care and love to ensure you receive the freshest blooms possible. As with all natural, perishable products, vase life will vary. Several factors influence how long your flowers last, including:
Variety of flower – Some types naturally have shorter lifespans.
Stage of bloom – Flowers picked more open may be showier but won’t last as long.
Home environment – Temperature, exposure to direct sunlight, and water cleanliness all affect longevity.
Care and handling – Regular water changes, clean vases, and trimmed stems can significantly extend freshness.
While we cannot guarantee a specific vase life, we do our best to provide care tips and support to help your flowers last as long as possible. Please remember, flowers are living, perishable products and should be enjoyed in the present.
Pick-Your-Own Flowers
Our Pick-Your-Own Flower experience is a beloved seasonal offering. Because these flowers are selected and cut by you, they are not eligible for refunds. We encourage guests to choose with care and follow our harvest guidelines to ensure the best possible experience.
Workshops, Events & Wellness Gatherings
Our events are thoughtfully planned with limited space, hands-on materials, and preparation time. Please note:
Missed events will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. We kindly ask that you email us at least 48 hours in advance with the name of the person attending in your place.
Rain dates may be offered when possible, but are not guaranteed due to seasonal timing and scheduling constraints.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for any form of refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Wedding Flowers
We are honored to be part of your special day. Please note the following policies for wedding flower orders:
All wedding flowers must be inspected by the recipient on the day of delivery or pickup.
If you have any concerns about the condition or quality of the flowers, written notice must be sent to us via email that same day. This allows us the opportunity to respond promptly.
We are not responsible for flower wilting or damage reported after the delivery, as flowers are perishable and highly sensitive to handling and environmental conditions.
Common causes of wilting or flower stress include:
Flowers being left out of water
Excessive heat or direct sunlight exposure
Freezing temperatures during transport or storage
Improper storage (e.g., lack of ventilation or water access)
Frequent handling or transportation
Delays in use beyond the expected timeframe
We provide care instructions and recommendations to help you keep your wedding flowers looking their best, but once they leave our hands, their condition depends on how they are stored and handled.
A Note on Nature’s Timetable
Flowers are fleeting, beautiful gifts. Their impermanence reminds us to pause, breathe, and appreciate the present moment. Like the changing seasons, each bloom has its time.
Thank you for supporting our family-run small business. Every bouquet purchased, stem picked, and seat filled at our gatherings helps us continue to grow beauty, connection, and joy in our community.
With gratitude,
Sanctuary Flower Fields
