Planting Seeds of Intention: A Wellness Evening

Join us for a heart-centered evening of grounding, connection, and intention at Sanctuary Flower Fields. This gentle, immersive experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what you’re ready to call into your life.

Through guided breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and sound healing, you’ll be supported in softening, releasing, and tuning into your inner clarity. Each guest will receive a small gift, including a crystal and seeds, to carry their intentions forward beyond the experience.
