You’re probably thinking this is a creative marketing ploy, reaching a little too far. Am I right? Not the case!

I can vouch first hand about the massive benefits of flowers and boosting mental health, but I will save my personal story for another day. I will however, give you the facts.

Multiple studies have been conducted, revealing that flowers have a major impact on mental health. The presence of flowers has been shown to trigger happy emotions, and heightens feelings of life satisfaction. Participants in one study reported feeling less anxious, depressed, and agitated after receiving flowers.

It is also commonly known that flowers encourage connection with family and friends. The simple act of sending or gifting flowers creates a link to connect.
